What tech stack do you use?
Yours first. We prioritise your existing stack to keep cost and change low — Affinity, Attio, HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack — and recommend alternatives only where a better one clearly exists.
Is our data secure?
Systems run in your accounts, under your permissions. We work under NDA, scope data access per agent, and hand over documented infrastructure with no dependency on us.
Who owns the data and IP?
You do. Everything we build for you — the infrastructure, the data, the prompts and the code — is yours outright.
How is pricing structured?
A fixed-scope build, then an optional managed retainer to run, monitor and extend the system. We agree the outcome before we start so the price is tied to something you can measure.
