Business owners ask AI who should do their books. Make it you.
Owners ask ChatGPT for an accountant, a fractional CFO or a tax specialist who knows their industry. We measure how assistants answer, fix the gaps and re-measure monthly.
AI assistants are recommending your competitors.
Buyers no longer scroll ten blue links — they ask an assistant for a shortlist. If the assistant can't find, understand or trust your content, you're not on it, however well you rank on Google.
- National brands and software vendors dominate the answers.
- Your niche expertise — industries, entity types, cross-border — isn't recognised.
- Service pages say "full-service accounting" and nothing an assistant can quote.
What it handles for accounting firms
- "Best accountant for startups in [city]"
- "Fractional CFO for SaaS companies"
- "Cross-border tax accountant Canada US"
- Service and industry pages built to be cited
AI Visibility Check
Tell us your website, city and category. We'll ask the major AI assistants who they recommend in your market and send you where you show up — and where your competitors do instead.
Measure
We run a fixed set of real buyer questions across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and others, and record who gets named, cited and how you're described.
Diagnose
We find the gaps: missing answer content, weak entity signals, crawlability issues, structured data, and the sources the assistants actually trust.
Fix
We write and brief the content and technical changes — answer pages, comparisons, FAQs, schema — and help you publish them.
Re-measure monthly
The same query set, every month, so you see movement against the baseline — dated, with the assistant and method recorded.
Deliverables
- Baseline AI-visibility report across the major assistants
- Agreed buyer-question query set for your market
- Competitor and citation-source analysis
- Technical review: crawlability, structured data, AI-crawler access
- Prioritised fix list with content briefs or drafts each month
- Monthly re-measurement and a concise report with next actions

Month 2 — First optimisation cycle
Highest-value content and technical fixes written, approved and published.
Months 3–6 — Monthly cycles
Re-measure, report, fix the next gaps. Assistants re-index over weeks, so the programme runs six months minimum.
Public, fixed, simple.
| Setup and baseline — one-time | $2,500 |
|---|---|
| Monthly programme — 6-month minimum | $1,000/mo |
Prices in CAD. Any third-party tool costs are paid directly by you and agreed up front. You keep every page, brief and report.
Measured every month, against your own baseline.
We benchmark how AI assistants answer for your category on day one, report the same queries every month, and change the plan when a lever isn't moving. You see exactly what changed and why.
We run the same programme on ourselves.
Before we sold GEO/AEO, we ran it on enteroverdrive.com: a measured query set, answer-ready content, structured data on every page, AI-crawler access, llms.txt and a public machine-readable profile. The same playbook goes into every client programme.
- Every page prerendered so AI crawlers (which don't run JavaScript) can read it
- FAQ, Organization and Service structured data across the site
- Monthly re-measurement against a dated baseline
FAQ
What is GEO/AEO?
Generative engine optimisation (GEO) and answer engine optimisation (AEO) are the work of making your business findable, understandable and citable by AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini and Google's AI Overviews.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO targets ranked links. GEO/AEO targets the answer itself — whether an assistant names you, describes you accurately and cites your pages. Good SEO helps, but it doesn't guarantee AI visibility.
Can you guarantee we'll be recommended?
No — no one can guarantee a specific model response, and we won't pretend to. What we commit to is measurement: a day-one baseline, the same queries reported every month, and a plan we adjust when something isn't moving.
Why a six-month minimum?
Content has to be written, approved, published, crawled and re-measured before movement shows. Six months gives the assistants time to re-index and you a fair read on results.
What does it cost?
$2,500 setup and baseline, then $1,000/month with a six-month minimum. Prices are in CAD.
What do you need from us?
A named approver, access to publish on your website (or a developer who can), and quick turnaround on content reviews.
