Every build ends with training. These are the same sessions, offered on their own — built around your workflows and the tools you already run, in person or remote. No theory, no slides to take home: your team leaves with something running.

How it's different
Role-specific, not one-size
Leaders get a half day on where AI belongs and what it costs. Operators get two days inside the stack. Nobody sits through the other group's material.
Your workflows, your tools
We ask for two real workflows before the session and run every exercise on them — in your CRM, your inbox, your document store.
Habits that stick
A playbook of next steps, a runbook for when it goes wrong, and thirty days of questions answered. Tools that get used, not shelved.
Courses
What each session teaches, module by module, so you can decide who should be in the room. Modules are delivered live — there is nothing to log in to.
Course 01
AI operations for leadership
Where AI belongs in your operation and where it doesn't. Leaders leave with a ranked list of workflows worth automating, what each would cost, and what to ask a vendor.
You leave with
- A ranked list of your own workflows, scored on hours saved and risk
- A one-page cost model for the top three
- A vocabulary for reading agent reports without an engineer in the room
4 modules
Taught live, in the room. Materials are handed out in the session.
- 01What an agent actually isModels, tools, memory and permissions in plain terms — and the three places most pilots quietly fail.40 min
- 02Mapping the hoursA live exercise on two of your workflows: where the time goes, who touches it, what a system would need to see.60 min
- 03Approve, escalate, or runDeciding where human judgment stays, how approvals are wired, and what an audit trail has to contain.45 min
- 04Cost, risk and the vendor conversationWhat a build costs to run, the data and security questions to ask, and how to write a scope a vendor cannot inflate.45 min
Course 02
Running agents inside your stack
Hands-on with your own CRM, inboxes and documents. Your team installs skills, sets permissions, reads the reports and knows what to do when an agent gets it wrong.
You leave with
- One workflow from your firm running under your accounts by the end of day two
- Permission scopes and approval steps you set yourself
- A runbook for the week the agent misreads something
7 modules
Taught live, in the room. Materials are handed out in the session.
- 01Your stack, mappedConnecting the CRM, mail and document store you already run; what each exposes and what stays out of reach.Day 1 · morning
- 02Installing a skillTaking a packaged workflow — intake, follow-up, reporting — and fitting it to your fields, your language, your exceptions.Day 1 · morning
- 03Permissions and approvalsScoping data access per agent, wiring the approval step, and deciding who is paged when.Day 1 · afternoon
- 04Prompts that survive contactWriting and iterating the instructions an agent runs on, using real call notes and emails from your inbox.Day 1 · afternoon
- 05Reading the reportsWhat a good daily report contains, spotting drift early, and knowing which numbers to trust.Day 2 · morning
- 06When it gets it wrongReproducing a failure, rolling back, fixing the instruction and re-running — on a case we break on purpose.Day 2 · morning
- 07Shipping your workflowEach participant takes one workflow live under their own permissions, with the runbook written alongside.Day 2 · afternoon
Course 03
Office hours
A monthly working session after handover: new workflows scoped, instructions iterated from real reports, questions answered while the system is live.
You leave with
- A scoped next workflow every month
- Instructions tuned against the month's real reports
- Answers while the system is running, not after
3 modules
Taught live, in the room. Materials are handed out in the session.
- 01Review the monthThe reports, the exceptions and what the agent escalated — read together.
- 02TuneInstructions and permissions iterated from real cases, live.
- 03Scope the next onePick the next workflow and leave with a one-page scope for it.
How a session runs
- Two weeks before
A thirty-minute call. You name two workflows and the tools they run in; we get read access to a sandbox or a copy and build the exercises around them.
- In the room
Small group, one Overdrive engineer per four people, everything on your own accounts. Leaders leave with a ranked list; operators leave with a workflow live.
- Thirty days after
The playbook and runbook arrive within a week. Questions are answered in the community for thirty days, and office hours are there if you want them monthly.
Reserve a seat
Leave your work email and we hold the seat for five days while we confirm the fit — which team, which workflows, which tools. Cohorts are small and fill from the list first.
- Small groups — eight to twelve people
- Built on your workflows and your tools, not a demo account
- Playbook and thirty days of questions after the session

Questions
Do we need to be an Overdrive client?
No. Courses 01 and 02 are open cohorts — the same sessions every build ends with, offered on their own. Office hours is for teams running a system we built.
Can we do it on our own tools?
That is the point. We ask for two of your workflows and the tools they run in before the session, and the exercises use those. Nothing is taught on a demo account.
Are the modules available online afterwards?
No. Modules are taught live and the materials — the playbook, the runbook, your scope documents — are handed out in the session. There is no recorded course to log in to.
In person or remote?
Both. Open cohorts alternate between London in person and remote on European hours. Private cohorts run wherever your team is.
How is it priced?
Per seat for open cohorts, a fixed fee for a private cohort. We confirm the price when we confirm the fit, before anything is invoiced.
Bring us one workflow.
Forty-five minutes. We map where the hours go and tell you honestly whether it is worth automating — including when the answer is no.
